GOLDEN SWEET POTATO FRIES

Serves: 2 Preparation Time: 10 minutes Cooking Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
  • 2 large sweet potatoes, sliced lengthwise into fries
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
  • sea salt to taste
 Directions:
  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the coconut oil, sweet potato, and sea salt until evenly coated.
