NUTTY BANANA BREAD

Preparation Time: 15 minutes Baking Time: 50 minutes Chilling Time: Overnight

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt 
  • 3 brown bananas, mashed
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ¼ cup coconut oil, melted
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs, whisked
 Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix dry ingredients together well: almond flour, baking soda and sea salt.
  3. Mix wet ingredients together well: bananas, honey, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and eggs.
  4. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients; make sure these are well incorporated.
  5. Pour batter into a greased bread pan.
  6. Bake for 50 minutes.
  7. Let bread cool, then cover it with plastic wrap.
  8. Place in the refrigerator overnight.
