An Update from the PIH Team

We hope that this note finds you safe and well. It seems that trauma is all around us these days – COVID-19, confusing and conflicting information from once trusted sources on how to “live” our daily lives in health and well-being, turmoil in governance, and social strife due to racism and police violence.

We feel the need to acknowledge that too many people have been suffering for far too long. However, the opposite of trauma is healing and from the darkness comes light, love, and growth – we must move and evolve toward the light, no matter how far away it may seem. This is a time of turmoil but also a time of great healing and the science is clear, we heal and grow through support and resource. As your Partner In Health we are here to support you through this healing time and process, understanding that our biology is the basis – it’s where our emotional, psychological, relational, and spiritual development melds. When it all comes together, when our systems are in sync, we are more resilient and sustainable.

On a very positive note, we are excited to announce that beginning on Monday, June 15th, we will be offering COVID-19 IMMUNECHECK, which is the first FDA-EUA authorized test on Dried Blood Spot which tests for exposure to COVID-19. Appointments will be available on Monday and Wednesday from 11 AM – 2 PM, in 15-minute intervals with additional appointments time slots based on demand. The total cost of the test is $199 – which includes our collection support and interpretation / consultation fee.

Vibrant has developed a novel test for COVID-19, a highly sensitive and accurate assay collected via either dried blood spot or serum for viral antibodies. The Vibrant COVID-19 Ab assay is a chemiluminescence immunoassay (CLIA) intended for the qualitative detection and differentiation of IgM and IgG antibodies to SARS-CoV-2 in human serum or Dried Blood Spot (DBS) using fingerstick blood specimen. The Vibrant COVID-19 Ab assay is intended for use as an aid in identifying individuals with an adaptive immune response to SARS-CoV-2, indicating recent or prior infection. At this time, it is unknown for how long antibodies persist following infection and if the presence of antibodies confers protective immunity.

Given the impact of COVID-19 on our lives and mental, emotional, and physical health, for a limited time, we are also offering enrollment in our Medical Marijuana Program with a 20% savings. Appointments are available on Mondays and Wednesdays.

No matter your health challenges and goals, we are here for you. If you have additional questions or would like to schedule a complimentary Discovery Session, call us at 609-512-1468 or fill out this form to be contacted to make an appointment with one of our practitioners. Take care and be well!
