Lose Inches, Gain Confidence with the Zerona Laser

Step into the world of revolutionary body transformations with the Zerona laser. While it may sound too good to be true, it's not a gimmick but an innovative clinical technology that's changing bodies and lives.

Are you tired of stubborn fat that just won't budge? Bid farewell to traditional surgical interventions and embrace a non-invasive, pain-free solution that will not only improve your confidence but also your health.

The Zerona is an FDA-approved low-level cold laser therapy (3LT®), tapping into the body's natural processes to target and shrink fat cells.

How it works

Zerona works by emitting cold laser energy that goes through the skin and to the fat cells, opening their pores and emulsifying the fat within them. This allows the liquid fat to move into the interstitial space, where it can be picked up and eliminated through the lymphatic system (our body’s natural detoxifying system). Patients lose an average of 3.6 inches from the targeted area, while some lose more.

These are some common target areas we see:

  • Arms
  • Belly
  • Thighs
  • Hips

Why it’s different than Coolsculpt or Liposuction

The difference between the Zerona laser and Coolsculpt comes to a matter of non-invasive light therapy versus suctioning and freezing.  With Coolscupt, the fat cells freeze, crystallize, are reabsorbed, and flushed through liver. The procedure can bring discomfort, and there can be post-treatment pain and bruising. Patients notice a difference two to six months after treatment, when the fats are excreted. Within the first year, fat cells will regenerate or grow larger in new areas of your body.

Liposuction is a minimally invasive surgical technique that uses a thin tube moved under the skin to suction the fat cells from a targeted area.  Some type of anesthesia is required, and since an incision is made, there is a risk of infection, asymmetry, lumps, and bleeding.

So, this is what Zerona has going for it:

  • No incision
  • No anesthesia
  • No post-procedure pain
  • No downtime

What to expect

Before you begin the 40-minute Zerona treatment, you’ll first step on our Evolt360 “scale” to do a bioimpedence analysis which provides a comprehensive look at your body composition including fat, muscle, hydration, and much more. One of our staff will also assist in taking pre-treatment photos. These two things will give us a very robust baseline from which to measure your progress over your treatment timeframe.

Next, you’ll settle onto a table in your private treatment room. Your Zerona technician will then place the six (6) low-level laser diodes on your identified target areas. Since there are six (6) diodes, each one can be directed at a different area on the body, including stomach, thighs, hips, arms, or other target areas. These diodes emit gentle, non-invasive light energy that penetrate your skin and the layers beneath, precisely targeting fat cells.

Most people feel absolutely nothing during the treatment though some do report feeling a minor tingling sensation as the laser does its work. The entire procedure is painless and doesn't involve any downtime, allowing you to return to your daily activities right after your session.

After your laser treatment, we will place you on the vibration plate, which increases lymphatic drainage by improving circulation and promoting muscle contraction. This emphasizes the effects of the Zerona treatment.

Each 40-minute session includes 20 minutes of back-targeted treatment and 20 minutes of front-targeted treatment. The treatment is generally repeated 2 times a week for three (3) to twelve (12) weeks depending on your goals. Many report noticeable results (I.e. inches lost, weight lost, looser fitting clothing, etc.) within just a couple of weeks.

Benefits

Thanks to its non-invasive nature, Zerona Z6 brings minimal side effects and no downtime, enabling you to seamlessly resume your daily activities immediately after treatment, even scheduling sessions during your lunch break without missing a beat. Expect no medications, no pain, no pinching or sucking, no side effects, no bruising or swelling, and no problems.  In fact, there has never in the decades or use of 3LT technology been a reported adverse event, only positive impact and outcomes.

Patients lose an average of 3.6 inches from the targeted area after six or more treatments, while some lose more.  People lose up to 9 inches total too!  Zerona is not considered to be a one-fix weight loss solution. Instead, it is intended to sculpt your body by reducing stubborn fat deposits that appear on certain common areas of the body.

Tips

Here are some tips to boost your Zerona results.

  1. Hydration is key as the laser stimulates cells to release stored fat. To process effectively, the body must flush this fat through the lymphatic system. Hydration helps to support this process.
  2. Making healthy food choices will create a low stress environment, reducing inflammation and helping your liver, kidneys, and lymphatic system to process the released fat.
  3. Exercising at least half an hour of mild to moderate exercise per day is recommended. Getting your blood flowing and muscles moving each day will promote the removal of fat through your lymphatic system.
  4. Relax in a sauna. Spending some time in a sauna to induce perspiration will help your body get rid of excess fatty content. At PIH, we offer an infrared sauna for $45 for 30 minutes.
